MEET KAMONI

THE SHORT

I started BodyByKamoni in 2019 in hopes of empowering women by helping them reach their fitness goals! I use a bodybuilding foundation with a focus in nutrition to help my lifestyle clients attain their goal body. Before I stepped into the fitness industry, I modeled professionally, I use that experience to offer a unique perspective to my bikini and wellness posing sessions. I love watching my clients transform and their confidence rise on the way to the stage or just walking through day to day life.

THE LONG

I was born in New York and raised north of Atlanta. I spent most of my childhood fantasizing about modeling like my mom and aunt. After graduating high school I moved to New York to pursue that passion. While in New York I landed a commercial modeling contract in Atlanta and moved back to the south where I did commercial and promotional modeling for a few years.

After a few years in the industry I was ready to make a lifestyle change and started to explore fitness after hiring a personal trainer. I wanted to look in the mirror and be proud. I wanted to feel strong and confident. The challenging and rewarding nature of the gym made me fall in love with the fitness industry and decide to pursue a career in it.

After lifting for about a year I decided to compete in my first bodybuilding competition, as a Bikini Competitor, where I won my class and qualified for Nationals. I continued on in the sport and slowly started working with other women who were looking to change their lives as well and enter the bodybuilding world. I developed a personalized training program that focused on strength, conditioning, and an overall package polished off with a beautiful routine and stage presence.

My motivation comes from my personal challenges and triumphs. Fitness helped me to take control of my life and work towards making the body I’ve always wanted a reality. My goal is to help other women do the same! Whether you’re going through a transition in your life, or just want to try to challenge yourself with something new… I’m here to help you on this journey.
